Phyllis Celia Kohler, age 91, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Abingdon Manon.
She was born, November 12, 1920 in Chicago, IL to the late Francis Kohler and Maud Phyllis Gutteridge Kohler. She was preceded in death by her sister, Florence M. Beck of Mesa, AZ.
A graveside service will be held on at 10 a.m., Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Rev. Barbara Farmer officiating.
