Raymond Eugene Gregory

Bristol, TN – Raymond Eugene Gregory, age 81, passed on Saturday, June 4, 2022. Mr. Gregory was a graduate of Meadowview High School and a dairy farmer for many years. He later became a deputy with the Washington County Virginia Sherriff’s Office where he worked in Animal Control for 18 years.
Mr. Gregory was preceded in death by his parents, Hamner and Grace Moore Gregory; son, Kent Eugene Gregory; and wife, Frances Alphfretta Gregory.
He is survived by two sons, Kevin Allen (Chantal) Gregory, and Keith Lee (Kim) Gregory; daughter, Robin Gregory (Blaine) Wade; step daughter, Lisa (Glenn) Lilly; eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
A memorial visitation with the family will be held 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 9, 2022, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children’s Advocacy Center of Sullivan County,150 Blountville Bypass, Blountville, TN 37617, in Mr. Gregory’s name.
