Richard Lee Wright

Richard "Ricky" Lee Wright, age 59, passed away at his home on Sunday, July 7, 2024. He was born on January 14, 1965, in Washington County, VA to the late Thomas Dewey Wright and Imojean Eskridge Wright.

Ricky and his family moved to Maryland, where he spent most of his life. He graduated from high school and began a very successful career building custom homes with his father. Ricky was a master woodworker and built beautiful furniture.

Survivors include three children and a large extended family.

A graveside service will be held at Zion Methodist Church Cemetery on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 3:00 pm with Rev. Billy Dean Hawkins officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
