Tuyet Thi Phan Lowe

Shady Valley, TN – Tuyet Thi Phan Lowe, age 79, passed on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at her home. Tuyet was born in Vietnam to the late Hien Van Phan and Nhan Thi Doan Phan. She moved to the United States in the early 1970’s and worked as a seamstress for many years. Tuyet was an avid gardener and an excellent cook.

She is survived by her son, Matthew Lowe; siblings, Phan Thi Xuan, Phan Thi An, Phan Thi Binh, Phan Thi Mai, Phan Van Trung, and Loung Thi Squerbrier; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be held 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2026, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Sunset Memorial Park Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
