Viola Marie Morgan

Bristol, VA – Viola Marie Morgan, born June 28, 1933 to the late Edward and Susie Mitchell Marsh, passed on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at her home.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Earl Morgan; brother, Hobert Marsh; sister, Nancy Clifton; nieces, Judy Rock Harris and Della Raye Marsh; and nephew, Robert Marsh. 

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Morgan; four brothers, Curtis (Isabel) Marsh of Sinton TX, Wayne (Mary) Marsh of Bristol, VA, Jim (Teri) Marsh of Bristol, VA, and Dean (Shirley) Marsh of Bristol, VA; four sisters, Joann Rock of Bristol, VA, Bonnie Lang of Bristol, VA, Janice (Donis) Cook of Mendota, VA, Gloria Carrier of Morristown, TN; and several nieces and nephews. 

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021, in Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Dr. Austin Cook officiating.  Those wishing to attend the service are asked to convene at the cemetery. 

The family wishes to extend special thanks to Elite Hospice caregivers Janet Atwell, Terri Blankenship, and Tammy Miller for the wonderful care they gave Mrs. Morgan.
