William Bobby Manuel, a beloved husband, father, and brother, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2025, in Kingsport, Tennessee, at the age of 81. Born on May 20, 1944, in Washington County, Virginia, Bobby led a life marked by hard work, warmth, and a profound love for his family.

As a dedicated mechanic, Bobby took pride in his craft. He possessed an innate ability to fix anything that came his way, whether it was a treasured family vehicle or a neighbor's broken lawnmower. His craftsmanship went beyond mechanical skills; it encapsulated a philosophy of serving others, which he embraced wholeheartedly. Bobby's generosity and nurturing spirit made him a cherished member of his community.

Outside of his work, Bobby found joy in the little things in life. He had a passion for going to yard sales, often bringing home hidden treasures that would spark conversations and laughter in the family. He relished working around the house, keeping his space beautiful and welcoming. These simple pleasures were testament to his appreciation for life's everyday gifts.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Manuel, whose companionship was the cornerstone of his life. He leaves behind his adoring children, Kimberly and Wesley, who were the pride and joy of his heart. Through their achievements and milestones, he found immense joy and satisfaction. bobby's siblings, Ray (Lucy), Christine, Edna Mae (Gene),Helen (Leonard) and Judy (Roger), also survive him, along with a wealth of memories they shared together.

Though Bobby will be missed dearly, he is reunited in spirit with his parents, William and Mary Manuel, and brothers John and Mark, who preceded him in death. Their bond continues beyond this life, echoing in the cherished recollections that their family holds close.
